I was on trail 24 of Stony Swamp when a coyote walked right out on the path. He crossed over and disappeared into the woods.
...after pausing to give me a long, speculative, slightly unsettling look!

Oooh, I'm so jealous! That makes two coyotes you've seen now in Stony Swamp while I've seen none. AND you managed to get fantastic photos of him....the only ones I've been able to photograph have been at least a mile away.
Hope you get some great pictures from your trip!
