In the winter of 2012-13, a large number of beautiful Bohemian Waxwings irrupted into Ottawa. This was one of a flock I found feeding in a crabapple tree in north Kanata. My husband's workplace had a number of fruit trees in their yard, and between the waxwings and the Pine Grosbeaks, they were all stripped bare!
